For our service offerings (App Development, Web Development, GST Filing, etc.):
- Before Work Begins: Full refund available if requested before project initiation
- During Development: Partial refund based on work completed (up to 50%)
- After Delivery: No refund once the final deliverable is provided and accepted
- Quality Issues: If deliverables don't meet agreed specifications, we'll revise at no cost
3. Digital Products Refund Policy
For digital products (Driving Licence Guide, etc.):
- Before Access: Full refund if requested before accessing the content
- After Access: No refund once you've accessed the digital content
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems preventing access, contact support for resolution
4. Refund Request Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted within:
- Services: Within 7 days of order placement (before work completion)
- Digital Products: Within 24 hours of purchase (before accessing content)
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed and delivered services
- Digital products after content has been accessed
- Third-party fees (payment gateway charges, government fees, etc.)
- Referral commissions already paid out
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Provide your order number and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
7. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order:
- Before work begins: Full refund
- During initial consultation: Full refund
- After work has started: Partial refund based on completion percentage
9. Disputes
If you're not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our management team. We'll review your case and provide a final decision within 5 business days.
